Safety switches are laid out for use in safety circuits and are used to monitor the positions of movable guards, for example safety doors.
RFID safety switches permit unequivocal allocation of the actuator to the sensor. Three different encoding options (standard, individual and individual teachable) permit ideal protection against manipulation which is matched to actual requirements. The optional latching force of the permanent magnet keeps covers and flaps closed even in the de-energized state, and provides for efficient initial start-up. Furthermore, the system can also be used as a door stop. Thanks to IP69K protection, the safety sensors can also be used in demanding system environments.
