Treotham provides a wide range of Pneumax pneumatic components, including valves and solenoid valves, actuators, handlings, fittings, vacuum technology, air treatment units and electric actuation. Pneumax manages the design, machining and assembly of standard and custom products including the mechanics and electronics. The development of solutions in line with Industry 4.0 principles has lead to the integration of sensors and diagnostics in products to enable monitoring, control and maintenance using digital technology.
In order to develop a range of products to be used in the ‘Process’ applications, in sectors such as oil & gas, power generation or water treatment, Pneumax developed a business unit entirely dedicated to Process Automation, able to meet the specific needs of the sector by creating a complete range of products suitable for gas handling, petroleum or other chemicals and petrochemicals. The range is available from Treotham and includes solenoid valves, volume boosters and air handling units made of stainless steel or aluminium, complemented by integrated customised manifold systems. They are designed to ensure maximum reliability even in difficult operating conditions in compliance with international standards ISO 9001: 2008, ISO 14001: 2004 and OHSAS 18001: 2007 for system and processes; ATEX, EAC, FM, NEPSI, CU_TR012 and SIL (Safety Integrity Level) for product design and performance.
